As the POTUS divides our nation more and more into two polar camps, I want to remind you of our great Constitution.  It is not our founding document, but it is the one that made us great!  When the Articles of Confederation were shown not to be effective, the Founding Fathers divided into two camps.  These camps took their argument to the American people and thus we got the US Constitution.  There is a mechanism in place to change our Constitution.  This change does not involve executive orders by Obama (which I believe is impeachable!) or the Congress putting limits on the Second Amendment.  It is the duty of every American to support and defend the Constitution, from me to you!  I will not falter in this and I ask that you do the same.  Freedom is never gained with half efforts and it must be held with the same determination. 

I just want to remind you of your oath of office (with all respect), because Americans take our Constitution very seriously!

The Economic Reality of the Liberal Agenda

          The Democratic/liberal economic concept is that wealth is not properly distributed.  There is too much concentration of wealth in too few hands.  If there was a more equitable distribution of wealth the world would be a much happier and safer place.  Now I will not even mention how that sounds like Communism and goes against human nature.  What I am going to do is crunch the numbers and ask if you can live on that.

          The approximate GDP of the entire planet was 70 Trillion in 2011.  Now they have ways to take in account cost of living differences and currency differences, it is called purchasing power parity.  So the adjusted GDP of the planet was 80 Trillion US Dollars in 2011.  Let’s say 85 Trillion in 2012 to help the liberal argument, even though I doubt it grew that much.  Now the population of the world is 7.05 billion, estimate 30 days old.  To help liberal argument we will say an even 7 billion.  So we just simply divide 85 trillion by 7 billion and you get, $12,142.86 per person.  That is just barely above the poverty rate for one person in the USA.  How many people can live on that much money every year?  I could and have, it is not pretty.  Many of these holier than though liberals come from families that have always had 6 figure or more incomes.  How quickly would their tune change if they suddenly had to live on 10% of what they are use to.

          I can hear liberals now... I am not taking this or that in account.  We do not have a world government, what about just the USA?  Okay, let’s see what it is in just the USA.  The USA’s GDP in 2012 will end at just under 16 Trillion (estimated), so for easy math we will call it 16 Trillion even.  There are 315 million legal American citizens and residents in the USA.  So once again let’s do the math.  Now when we crunch those numbers we get $50,793.65 per person.  It is nice to live in the land of plenty isn’t it?  Now if you like the sound of that, why do you want to open up the borders to all these illegals?  Immigration is a legal process to protect citizens from all kinds of backlash of open immigration, everything from disease, stress on infrastructure to job protection.

          Now I admit the formula is very simple and many would not say realistic.  Families will have one or two bread earners and then children.  Well you are only thinking in your liberal suburban home.  The reality is that many poor need the income from their children to help ends meet at the end of the month.  You also fail to take in account how the economy would change massively after redistribution, goods that are luxury related would dry up.  This would have a negative impact on the economy.  For the sake of argument I kept the numbers the same, giving you the benefit of the doubt that some other industry would step up to take up that slack.  However I really doubt the economy would be better in a liberal utopia.  Luxury goods are high dollar and high profit margin, which means that it provides income to a lot more people that lower profit and costing goods.

          Now when you start crunching the numbers per person and counting children it gets very difficult.  Yet according to the liberal argument children (but not unborn ones) are people to, so they are entitled to their fair share.  Yet the world is also overpopulated... so the liberal wants to provide benefits for having more children, while admitting there are too many people on the planet?  To try to crunch the numbers in a way that takes in account the cost of living for families, single people and retirees is not worth the trouble of a mere blog.  That project would be the equivalent of a PhD thesis, sorry I ain’t doing it.

          What the numbers prove is that the Democrat/liberal agenda will accomplish two things.  First it will drive down wages, pushing more people into poverty.  Second is that it will not reward innovation and motivated people.  What it will reward are those liberals in power, because do you honestly expect all of these wealthy liberals to give up their standard of living?  Think about what they are worth and how they live, will they lower themselves to join you at the bottom?

Lets go nuclear to protect 2A

          Everyone knows about what is going on as the liberals try to destroy the Second Amendment to the Constitution.  Oh they may say that they do not want to come after anyone’s guns, only assault weapons.  Yet I do not see them standing outside military bases and police stations, since only the military and law enforcement have legal access to real assault weapons.  The Democrats are ignoring Gallup polls that state Americans believe the problem is mental illness and not firearms.  Yet the media keeps claiming less guns will make us safer and the liberals continue on this path of disarming the law -biding citizen.   Well I believe I may have came up with an idea that will so threaten the power structure that not only will it force them to back off (at least when it comes to Federal laws), but it will help to avoid bloodshed (only if successful).

          Now we know that many state and local elected officials are much more friendly and concerned about the Second Amendment than nationally elected officials.  What I propose is to force a Constitutional Crisis on this administration.  We, as patriots, need to make this idea go viral.  Then as many people as possible will be pressuring their state and local elected officials to make a law.  What law will they be making?  A law that says said jurisdiction does not recognize the right of the Federal government to override the Constitution (especially pertaining to the Second Amendment).  So this local law will supersede illegal Federal regulation.  The more areas that actually do this, the greater the problem it will cause for DC.  

          I got this idea because IL and NY are rushing to increase gun laws, yet I have not heard of anyplace saying we will ignore anything that violates the Constitution, even if it comes out of the White House.   I know any first year law student will tell me that these arguments have already been solved in court.  When the parties submit to rule of law, they are satisfied.  What happens when someone say they do not care about past rule of law and the threat of future laws is illegal?  The more locations that do this, the greater the threat is to the stability and authority of the Federal Government.

          Think about it, improve upon the idea and then contact state, county and city officials.  Lets get some of these laws passed.  If this operation is successful, I see a number of potential outcomes.  A- the Fed backs down.  B- every side continues to bang heads, no one gives an inch and the Republic tears itself apart.  C- open warfare starts between the Fed and liberal contingents vs conservative and military units.  This would not be very pretty and would lead to a liberal genocide on a national scale.  Which I do not have a problem with to be honest. D- is not an option, the Fed wins and starts their process of disarming all Americans.  E- is equally unlikely, DNC and GOP reach a compromise.  Yeah right, compromise with a Lib is such an illusion,

          My reasoning for this is simple.  I am willing to protect the Constitution by any and every means necessary!  No matter how great of a tragedy Sandy Hook is, the lives of 30 children do not justify touching a document that has been around for 221 years!

Why I am Sith Lord & Tree of Liberty

            Well this was going to just be a few tweets, but I got a little excited when I started working it out so I decided to make it a short blog.  So why do I call myself Sith Lord?  First let me destroy any misconception you may have.  I am not a Star Wars fan.  I saw movies 6, 4 and 1 (in that order).  I do like the concept of Star Wars over Star Trek concepts of the future, but Hollywood has to be holier than though and include Jedi peace and dope smoking hippie bullshit.  Funny how the left attacks the right (from a historical perspective) about only promoting the history of rich white men, but they promote the same basic concept.  That is top down history; great people at the top can mold our lives.  But I digress, sorry...

            Why Sith Lord?  I found out recently that the Sith run on hate.  I make no secret of my hatred for the liberal.  I hate them because they attack the Constitution.  I hate them because they cry, piss and moan; expecting it to bring about changes that benefit them.  I hate them because they are about as rational in their expectations as a two year old that holds their breath until they get chocolate!  I hate them because they lack the strength to take their convictions to the final step, taking a life.  Anyone can die for what they believe in, but you do not win by becoming a martyr.  The left has this disgusting fascination with martyrs.  As Patton said, “you do not win a war by dying for your country, you win by making the other son of a bitch die for his!”  The liberal might just be willing to die in their effort to destroy the US Constitution, but I am willing to kill to preserve it.  I will bet money that the left runs out of martyrs before the right runs out of bullets!

Yes I know hate!  I was raised in two areas that the liberals tried to use as proving grounds of their genius: Gary IN and Detroit MI.  So it is thanks to the liberal that I embrace violence and hate.  They are part of me, but they are only tools.  Tools to be used against the enemies and traitors of our Great Republic!  If you question why I should hate the liberal so strongly, they deserve it.  They are so damn conceded that they think they can change a document that has survived 221 years to suit their own purposes.  So yes I have no shame in my hate.  Remember what Thomas Jefferson said...  and I will close out this blog with the long version of the Tree of Liberty.  PS- those are not typos, there was no common rules for English until the 1800s.

Newtown CT And The Liberals Have Gone Wild

            So another crazy person has done something crazy in Newtown CT and those who want to destroy the US Constitution are once again up in arms.  These people disgust me!  They have no concept of the document or the reasoning behind it, but they think they know what is best for everyone.

            First I want to point out that CT has the fifth toughest gun laws in the USA and this did not stop the shooter.  Why?  Because you cannot stop crazy people from doing crazy things by passing crazy laws!  That is just crazy.  Yet this is the logic of the liberal.  They were raised in their comfortable suburban environment and those hardships have given them wisdom on how to make the USA and the world a better place.  They also seem to point out how prohibition has made marijuana very profitable and available, but somehow they think guns will be different.  Guns that are sold in the USA have to meet regulations which prevent them from being modified back to military specifications.  Make weapons illegal and criminals will end up with military spec weapons.  How will they get them?  They are criminals; they will get them from criminal markets or just steal them.  They will only make a bad situation worst.  

            What they should be talking about is how to deal with crazy people.  It is obvious medication is not working.  Too many Americans are medicated for more mental diseases than I can imagine or care to do research on.  Forty years ago children were hyper and needed a spanking, today they have ADD and need to be medicated.  If we have an explosion of mental disease in this country we need to ask why and what is causing it.  The hyper kids of 40 years ago did not go on shooting sprees and guns were more easily available back then.  Please do not say assault rifles, they are sporting rifles, because they do not meet military specifications!  Stupid liberals always are trying to use words to make something scary or evil.

            Instead of attacking the Second Amendment, why are they not attacking the First Amendment?  Our society has glorified people getting their fifteen minutes of fame through any means.  We have reality television shows, daytime shows like Jerry Springer (not sure what to call them) and the news media that will jump on anything to improve their ratings.  By claiming they are reporting the news, the media is above blame.  Then if they claim it is entertainment, but looks like the news; they can say almost anything they choose.  So where is the battle cry to limit the First Amendment?  This insane person was probably watching the Aurora CO shooter footage back in July and that helped motivate and inspire him.  He probably had fantasies for months and when his life snapped he went for it full steam.  Now if the media had not made such a big deal for Aurora for the ratings, then maybe this tragedy could have been avoided.  We can do this!  The logic follows the liberal belief in politically correct speech.  By changing speech we can change how people think.  Think I am full of shit?  Then why do we always hear about copycat crimes and killers?  Why are there surely extra security measures in place or being discussed, at every public school across the USA this week?  Because we have become unhinged as a people and liberal ideology proves this.

            The fact of the matter is that we are a violent culture and nothing that liberals do will stop us from being violent.  Gun control does not work, just look at countries that have it.  The only ones that it appears to be effective in have a culture that is drastically different from ours.   “You are forgetting about the UK!”  No I am not.  The UK has much more trust in their government and deference to authority.  Japan has deference to authority as part of their culture.  Canada is more like the UK than the USA.  Even though they are one of our closest friends, we must remember that at the end of the Revolutionary War, loyalists went north.  

            No matter how great the tragedy was, it does not justify attacking the Constitution.   The Constitution is what holds the USA together.  Any assault on the Constitution is an assault on the past, present and future of every single American.  So all the holier than thou people can cry on television all they want.  I will ignore them, because they are selfish.  Their real agenda is to make the USA into something that they believe will be perfect and I reject their vision.  Even if my own child was killed as a result of gun violence, I would blame the person and not the tool.  Yet since liberals never want to blame crazy people for their actions, they cast the blame on the tool.  

            And you people wonder why I hate liberals so damn much?
